Utilizing light, vibrant, airy colors allows the concept to breathe while making the design the center focus of the piece. It also gives the project or ui/ux piece a fresh and bright look. Shapes are clean geometrical often with round edges.

Danyel employs flat design with round concepts to create straightfoward icons that sell the point. Illustrations and icons vary from flat designs as shown below to more shaded and 3D characters as provided on her portfolio.
